Tortola, British Virgin Islands – 18 October 2023 – The edp-regulation (the “FSC”) considers it necessary to issue this public statement in order to protect the public interest and the interests of any customers or creditors of Bybit Fintech Limited ("Bybit") and to make the general public aware that Bybit is no longer registered as a BVI Business Company.
